Reviews and Ratings
I had a delightful short getaway after New Years at the lodge, enjoying the serene views and peaceful surroundings. The staff was helpful, and there are lovely walking paths around the lake. While some facilities appeared a bit dated and the service seemed understaffed, the overall experience was enjoyable, making it a great value for a relaxing stay. I just wish we could have stayed longer.
I had a wonderful time at the park hotel, especially since it’s now pet friendly! The cabin we stayed in was very clean and spacious, and the surrounding areas were peaceful. However, there were a few small issues with maintenance in the cottage we rented. Overall, it’s a great option if you want to enjoy nature with your furry friends.
We had a nice family trip and enjoyed our stay at the park hotel. The cottage we stayed in was basic but comfortable with a pleasant outdoor area. However, we had some issues with smell in one of the cottages and cleanliness of the boat we rented. Overall, it was a good experience with some room for improvement.
We had a lovely stay, especially thanks to Tammy at the customer service desk. The cottages were beautiful and immaculate, making our Easter weekend genuinely perfect. However, the pool area felt overcrowded and the restaurant didn’t meet our expectations. On top of that, one of the hot tubs was out of order, which was a bit disappointing.
We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The views were lovely, and I found the buffet to be a decent value with a variety of options. However, I encountered a serious issue with bed bugs in one of the rooms and was disappointed in the staff's lack of response to our concerns. Overall, the facilities are nice, but cleanliness is a huge problem that needs addressing.
